Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me and will be strictly maintained. Information about you cannot be released without your written notice. However, there are limits to my ability to maintain your confidentiality. These limits include:

• Threats to harm yourselves or others, in this case I am legally bound to notify the police.
• Learning about suspected abuse of someone from vulnerable populations such as a child or elderly person; I am legally bound to notify the police.
• If I am ordered by the court to release information about you, I am legally bound to release your information.

Policy

Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advanced. You will be charged a nominal fee after your second missed appointment without 24 hour noticed. 


As a courteous to you, a phone, text, or e-mail will be sent to you as a reminder of your appointment.
